Content Ownership

All stories, illustrations, and content at TwinklePod are either:

Original content created by TwinklePod (copyright-protected)
Licensed content used with proper authorization
User-generated content (avatars, preferences) owned by users but licensed to TwinklePod for service provision

Content Creation & Sources

TwinklePod offers two types of stories:

1. Curated Human-Created Stories: Original stories from talented authors and illustrators, including licensed content from BookDash, Storyweaver, and other trusted educational sources

2. AI-Personalized Stories: Technology-enhanced adaptations of human-crafted narratives that are personalized to feature your child as the main character

All content is either original, properly licensed, or used with permission. We believe in combining authentic human creativity with personalization technology to create meaningful storytelling experiences.

AI Training Prohibition

The content on this website may not be used for developing, training or operating artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without express written consent from TwinklePod. This includes but is not limited to:

Story text and narratives
Character descriptions and dialogue
Illustrations and visual content
User interface elements

We have implemented technical measures including robots meta tags with "noai" directives, but this prohibition applies regardless of such technical indicators.

Permitted Uses

✅ What You CAN Do:

Personal Reading: Read stories to your children for personal, non-commercial use
Link Sharing: Share links to TwinklePod stories on social media or websites
Educational Use: Teachers may use stories in classroom settings with proper attribution
Private Performance: Read stories aloud in private settings (home, classroom, library)

❌ What You CANNOT Do:

Reproduction: Copy, download, or reproduce story content
Distribution: Share story files or content outside the TwinklePod platform
Commercial Use: Use stories for any commercial purpose without written permission
Modification: Alter, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
AI Training: Use content to train artificial intelligence systems

Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on TwinklePod, please notify us with the following information:

Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification: Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Location: Identification of the infringing material and information to locate it
Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address
Good Faith Statement: Statement that you believe the use is not authorized
Accuracy Statement: Statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

User Content

When you create child profiles or upload avatars:

You retain ownership of your personal content
You grant TwinklePod a license to use this content to provide our services
You represent that you have the right to provide this content
You agree not to upload copyrighted material belonging to others

TwinklePod, the TwinklePod logo, and related marks are trademarks of TwinklePod LLC. You may not use these marks without our written permission.
